The titanium fiber sintered felt is made of micron sized titanium metal fibers through a special non-woven laying process and a special high-temperature vacuum sintering process. Titanium fiber sintered felt has a unique three-dimensional structure, with high porosity and high specific surface area, which is particularly suitable for the irregular porous structure required by PEM electrolysis and PEMFC fuel cell industries. Its high specific surface area and extremely uniform contact area have become almost incomparable advantages.
Titanium fiber sintered felt has strong oxidation resistance and can be cut arbitrarily. It has good temperature and pressure resistance, and is lightweight.
The titanium fiber sintered felt has good breathability and water permeability, without large nodules or breathable dead channels, and has good heat dissipation performance.
